Tasting Notes
Diez was created as a cooperative project between 10 professionals from all sectors in the world of wines to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the winery. It is a lively, clean and bright wine with good colour intensity. Its colour, fire red, is complemented with hints of violet in its meniscus, indicating an excellent barrel-ageing process. It has an initial fresh impression on the nose, rich in primary notes of ripe cherries, strawberries and plums that give way to spiced tones. After evolving on the palate, it has a final roast mocha and chocolate finish. It has an elegant mouthfeel, with a characteristic attack full of fine ripe tannins that provide sufficient structure to fill the palate but without drying or assaulting. Evolves gently
