Our grandparents lived in Sotillo de la Ribera, and it is here where we have returned to rediscover their passion for wine. We have modernized our winery with the aim of selective vinification such that bunches of grapes from specific plots are made into wine. This technique expresses and allows us to make the best use of the characteristics of the grapes. We continue to study and experiment to combine traditional techniques with modern developments.
Marta Ramas & Miguel Fisac
Our production team is headed up by Marta Ramas and Miguel Fisac, two young engineers and winemakers with extensive international experience. They hold degrees in Oenolgy from the University of Bordeaux (one of the most prestigious universities in the world and research pioneers in the vine as much as wine) and with experience all across the world (Bordeaux, California, New Zealand, South Africa). They bring a new vision of wine that compels us to constantly move forward.
