Wine Description

Tr3smano Tm (Tr3smano Milenio): This is a special wine named in honour of our millenary olive tree, and is made separately from the other wines, using specially selected grapes from some of our vineyards during exceptionally good years. This means we can only make it when we have an outstanding harvest. The wine is aged in a special set of barrels and tasted each month by Fernando and Pedro. At the end of the aging process only some of the wine in these barrels is of a high enough quality to be blended and bottled. The wine is aged in the barrels for an average period of over 24 months. We cannot guarantee how many bottles will be produced a year, or in which years the wine will be made. However, we can guarantee that each bottle is a great work of art, which is well worth enjoying.

Tasting Notes

Very high intensity of colour in purple tones. On the nose, it stands out for its great concentration and aromatic complexity,
with notes of very ripe red fruit and subtle hints of roasted, smoked flavours, tea and coffee. In the mouth, it is structured, complex and silky smooth, with a long finish. It is an after-dinner wine that should be allowed to evolve in your glass. We recommend opening the bottle and allowing it to aerate for 15 minutes before drinking it.
