Aged in acacia barrel and clay jar during 8 months. The combination of acacia barrel and clay jar give the albillo variety the structure and delicacy that we are looking for, freshness comes with the pirules grape while albillo provides the structure and capacity to age.

Aroma: great aromatic intensity, minerality, citrus skin.

Palate: Ample in mouth, fresh and long, soft and delicate, good balance.
