Wine Description

100% Verdejo wine made from organic grapes. Characterized by assembling the traditional verdejo aromas of  fennel and low brush together with tropical and citrus that show the thiolic potential of the varietal. Likewise, a careful ageing sur lies from the fermentation for 3 months gives smoothness which makes this wine a perfect pairing for many dishes.
