Aroma: Complex and intense, showing elegant aromas with hints of smoke, cocoa and vainilla, which give way to fruity tones such as ripe apricot, conference pear, pineapple caramel and lemon rind and a subtle hint of white flowers and fresh herbal notes.
Palate: Elegant, fine, intense, fatty and creamy, with strong acidity, good structure and a bitter finish characteristic of the
Verdejo variety, with hints of hay and the odd touch of yellow berries.
