Raw Materials: 


Own vineyards.


Variety 100% Tinta del País. (Tempranillo)


Age of the vines: 18 years old. Trellis system. Spring pruning to control the number of clusters.


Approximate production, 5.000 kg per hectare. Type of soil: top soils are sandy sediments, clay and limestone on lower layers.


 


Winemaking:


Stainless steel 10.000 l. vats which are temperature controlled.


Elaborated exclusively from the must of the best grapes after a bleeding process; low-temperature clearing and fermenting, with a production of 14.000 numbered bottles. 


Tasting Notes

Intense cherry red with purple touches, deep with intense glycerol presence.


Complex nose with good intensity, aromas of dark fruits with floral and liquorice nuances.


Delicate, elegant flavour, with youthful strength and aromas of fruit and liquorice.
