Wine Description

Fermentation with selected yeasts, in 500L French and American oak barrels. Aged on lees for 8 months with bâtonnage in the barrels.

Tasting Notes
  • Lemon yellow colour with golden highlights, bright.
  • Intense and complex on the nose, very elegant and perfect harmony between the fruity aromas of the variety and the aromas coming from the ageing in oak barrels. Aromas are reminiscent of nuts that go along with ripe and sweet stone fruit over a background of wood.
  • Unctuous and full-bodied on the palate. On the retronasal, the identified aromas on the nose follow through, very long finish.
