  • Pale yellow with greenish highlights, clean, bright and transparent.
  • Great intensity on the nose. Very clean and floral aromas, hints of white flowers, acacia over a background of ripe fruit, candied fruit and the typical fennel aromas of the variety. 
  • Very round and unctuous on the palate, very fatty, and a lingering mouthfeel. Aromas reminiscent of flowers on the aftertaste. Long finish.
