Our Process

The viticulture is carried out by of an ecological agronomist with the utmost respect for the vine and the environment guided by organic farming methods. No chemical agents or synthetic fertilizers are used. In addition biodynamic agricultural methods are followed with the objective of obtaining wines that best reflect the characteristics of their respective terroir (soil and microclimate).

Color: Deep red cherry with a purplish youthful color. On the nose, fresh and fruity. Intense strawberry aroma, with banana, cherry and violet. The flavor is smooth, rounded and well balanced. Very pleasant. Well structured. Reminiscent of fresh red fruit.

Intense black cherry color. Complex nose. Initially ripe black fruit in liquor reveals itself, evolving into balsamic. In the evolution there are some toasted aromas and glints of chocolate. Very elegant. Well structured and fleshy.Very smooth and unctuous mouth feel. Flavors of ripe black fruit in liquor, dried peaches, with hints of cacao and subtle smoky toasted elements. Very long, complex and well balanced.

Deep red cherry with a youthful color and rich potent legs. Intense and complex nose. Ripe black fruits appear with red fruits and balsamic and fragrant herbs. During the evolution appear elegant toasted, cocoa and licorice. Powerful and fleshy, very well structured. Black ripe fruits with cocoa and licorice hints. Smoky and toasted elegant glints. Ripe fruit flavor dominates oak notes. Long, complex and well-balanced.
