Our cooperative is located in Peñaranda de Duero — one of the most beautiful and picturesque villages of the province of Burgos. The town retains its medieval quarter, extending its elongated village lying on the hillside of the castle.
We elaborate and bottle young wines: Rosado, red wine and white wine. We are pioneers in making white wine in Ribera del Duero, and are one of the few wineries who still produce white wine in the region.
Intense cherry red color, well covered and trimmed slightly reddish indicating its barrel aging. Understory floral aromas with spicy well assembled traditional American and French oak. (Cinnamon, leather, snuff, truffle, licorice and black). The entry on the palate is complex, with sweet tannins of great maturity, tasty, fleshy, broad aromatic nuances and fruity and spicy aftertaste persistence.
Cherry red color with bluish/violet rim. Concentrated with rich ripe berry fruits reminiscent of dark cherries, strawberries with elegant integrated notes of toasted oak, coffee and dark chocolate. Very rich and juicy on the palate with a very fine balance between fruit and noble oak; sweet ripe tannins and well-balanced acidity. Long lasting finish and complex.
